WHAT IS "11-D" TYRE SEALANT

"11-D" TYRE SEALANT is a preventative tyre sealant designed for use in agricultural, industrial and heavy-duty tyres. Use in fast moving vehicles is not recommended.
Once installed, "11-D" TYRE SEALANT provides continuous protection for the life of the tyre, both tubed and tubeless types. "11-D" TYRE SEALANT immediately seals all existing bead leaks, rim leaks and all tyre, tube and wheel leaks.
"11-D" TYRE SEALANT remains fluid inside the tyre, instantly and permanently sealing numerous tread punctures as they occur. "11-D TYRE SEALANT" will increase tyre service life and reduce tyre related down-time costs on treated vehicles.

"11-D" TYRE SEALANT will seal the tyre to maintain correct inflation pressure and will stop flats from punctures in the tread area caused by objects up to 16 mm. in diameter according to tyre thickness.

DESCRIPTION

"11-D" TYRE SEALANT is a revolutionary product made of a liquid based solution with 11 different ingredients in permanent suspension.
This solution is carefully blended with an adhesion agent and rust inhibitors to produce a sealant compound. These selected ingredients remain in permanent suspension, there is no settling out, so no special mixing or preparation is required. Since there is virtually no evaporation inside an inflated tyre, "11-D" TYRE SEALANT remains fluid to perform a sealant for the life of the tyre.
The adhesion agent in "11-D" TYRE SEALANT holds it in place, even after the tyre has stopped operation, to provide continuous protection against air loss.
"11-D" TYRE SEALANT is completely water soluble for easy clean up of hands, clothes, and even the tyre if recapping is desired. "11-D TYRE SEALANT" will remain fluid and effectively seal punctures in a tyre down to -/- 23 deg. celcius.

HOW "11-D" TYRE SEALANT WORKS

"11-D" TYRE SEALANT is injected into the tyre through the valve stem (see installation directions). The motion of a rotating tyre causes "11-D TYRE SEALANT" to move in all directions. The entire surface areas of the tyre or tube, and the wheel are completely coated. When such spreading occurs, "11-D" TYRE SEALANT is placed into position to function. The adhesion agent in "11-D" TYRE SEALANT holds it in place even after the vehicle has stopped. "11-D" TYRE SEALANT instantly and permanently seals causes of air loss in tubed or tubeless tyres, whether from punctures in the tread area, rim or bead leaks, or the porosity of natural rubber.
Your tyre is then protected from any future tread punctures or other air leaks. "11-D" TYRE SEALANT will not cause rust or corrode steel wheels or harm the rubber tyre. By maintaining correct air pressure, "11-D TYRE SEALANT" could extend the tyre tread life up to 25% or more. "11-D TYRE SEALANT" is water soluble for easy clean up which allows tyre recapping when desired.

After the tyre is punctured, "11-D" TYRE SEALANT enters the leak. The liquid solution is sqeezed out as the puncture rolls off the load point, leaving the fiber, particulate and adhesion agent in the wound. Repeated rolling, under load deposits more fiber, particulate and adhesion agent until a permanent seal is formed. This process is repeated when the puncturing object is removed. The tyre must roll under load after the puncture to assure proper sealing. Under actual operating conditions, this entire sealing process is almost instantaneous. "11-D TYRE SEALANT" is designed to seal punctures in the tread area caused by objects up to 16 mm. in diameter according to tyre thickness.
